Warranty/Return Policy:

The On The X Training team is passionate about fitness and making our customers the best versions of themselves. We want you to be happy with any and all products or services you may purchase. If you have any concerns about a product or service you purchased please reach out to us via email at info@otxtraining.com.

Attire/Merchandise - On The X outsources for all available merchandise. We do our due diligence to ensure we are providing quality products. In the event you receive faulty merchandise please reach out to us so we can make it right. However, we will not process any returns based on purchasing the wrong size, change of mind, or any reasoning beyond a faulty product.

Programs - Due to the wide array of variables (beyond the program itself) that effect the results seen in a training protocol, we do not warranty our programs on a results basis. However, if you receive a faulty PDF or product file please reach out and it will be corrected.
