I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Booty Builder Program! Not only have I felt a difference in my overall muscular composition, but others have noticed too. I’ve done the Booty Builder twice now and I’m planning to start it a third time. Honestly, I could do it 10 times in a row and not get bored. Don’t let the name fool you- while there is an emphasis on growing the booty you still spend time focusing on upper body, core, and conditioning. I especially like how the second half of the program switches up the exercises. It keeps me motivated and makes me feel like I have smaller targets that are easier to hit. If I’m unsure about a movement I’m always able to find a video tutorial on YouTube. Jared, one of the owners/coaches, is super helpful and responsive when I have questions about how to do something or if I’m looking for alternative exercises. Not to mention he is very encouraging and knows just how to keep pushing you forward!

I want to start this review by saying that this is one of the most solid and fun programs that I have done. I absolutely love the mixture of compound lifts and functional fitness that they incorporated into this program. This program is going to test you and you will get out of it what you put in so pushing yourself along with emphasis on recovery and nutrition is absolutely key. By the end of the program my compound lifts had increased by a minimum of 10 pounds. Furthermore, I gained my stamina back and was able to run 6 minute miles again. This allowed me to push through the intense workouts without feeling totally gassed like I did when I first started. Lastly, my physique improved and my body was becoming more defined and muscle groups started to show that I didn’t think I would ever see. These changes to led an overall increase in performance and confidence in the gym. If you are looking for a challenging program to help you become a more well-rounded individual along with looking and feeling your absolute best then this program is for you. 10/10

I’ve completed the 6-week booty builder challenge three times and am working on my fourth! I have drastically increased my strength and lifting skills through this program. I look forward to the gym everyday now.
I also went from a size 26 to 28 jean, while decreasing my body fat percentage, in order to fit my new booty!

After almost a year of pretty inconsistent workouts, I started the Part Function/Part Looking Good programs this past December. At the time I was happy with my overall strength and conditioning levels, but I knew I needed to work on my body composition without sacrificing performance. The teat at On The X absolutely delivered, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’m now stronger and leaner than I’ve ever been. These workouts are difficult, so definitely keep that in mind as you start and don’t be afraid to scale back the intensity. These are two of my favorite programs I’ve ever followed, and I’m already looking forward to a Part 3!
Also, When all of your clothes start fitting a lot tighter after about four weeks on this program, don’t worry, your dryer isn’t shrinking them, those are just gains!!
